    Through evaluations, emails and in person our members have told us they want to get back to basics of what Permit Technicians do.   Welcome back Steve Burger, who taught at our very first Conference.  Steve has been in the code business since 1972.  He is presently the Chief Building Official for the City of Folsom, CA.  His course is intended to to provide information and an overview to a Permit Technicians job.
